the Ethos.

How we do what we do

The journey of 1,000 miles begins with a single step… or in our case a single photograph

Our routes and trains are built to the highest standard we can achieve. Hours of painstaking research is put into each and every route before we even open a single route file.

We’re passionate about what we do, so much so that we don’t get paid for it!

Each of us has a day job, some of us even work on the real life railway. You’d think we’d be sick of the sight of trains by now but in the words of the immortal Depeche Mode song: We Just Can’t Get Enough

So we spend countless hours photographing, researching, sourcing materials and trawling the internet so we can make the most accurate routes for BVE. Then we drive them!

Our aim is to preserve some of our iconic railways digitally. Forever.
